The ground floor and basement areas of the building were retained for retail use, each unit accessed directly from Regent Street.

The accommodation comprises of 78 high quality en-suited study/bedrooms, with communal dining/kitchen facilities, together with two offices for the College accessed via a separate entrance from First Court. The building is serviced by two new lifts as well as a central feature staircase. The upper floor rooms will be part of the College’s conference portfolio for use out of term time. This floor has pleasant views over the College grounds and the surrounding city buildings, with the added benefit of a roof terrace. Project value was in excess of £6 million, taking 21 months to complete.
