The conversion of the existing hostel into offices, including the installation of the lift throughout the building, conversion of the basement courtyard into offices, creation of First Floor offices over the existing flat roof within the inner courtyard and the recess infill to the 1st-3rd floors to create additional office floor space. This project is produced a vast improvement to the previously vacant hostel for much needed small office space. £900,000 costs. Completed in 2004.
