By utilising digital measurement software, we can provide an efficient, fast and accurate service at a competitive price. Depending on the nature of your project, we can provide documents in a simple ‘shopping list’ format, in full compliance with the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM) or International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS).
Our previous projects have been delivered using a range of standard form contracts, including most of the JCT suite, as well as NEC. We have guided many of our clients through the OJEU procedures, ensuring full compliance and a robust tender process.
Our experience across these forms of contract also enables us to offer a Contract Administration services, where appropriate.
