This scheme constitutes the first phase works for R&M Projects, comprising the construction of 144 residential units pre-purchased by Gallion H.A and the provision of a new library and community centre for the London borough of Bexley together with extensive external works.
Of key importance is Robert Lombardelli Partnership’s ability to understand the compliance factors required to ensure HCA funding whilst aligning all the diverse requirements of the developer, local authority, housing association, designers and contractor in a complex scheme. The scheme commenced on site in May 2010 and will be completed in 2012, with a total works value of £18 million.
