Queens Road project is part of an on-going programme for North Hertfordshire Homes, involving the redevelopment of derelict or underused sites, providing affordable houses and flats for North Hertfordshire Homes.
This scheme was completed in April 2008 and comprised 15 flats of mixed tenure together with associated external and infrastructure works provided for rent and shared ownership. The project took 44 weeks to complete, total value was £1.3m and it achieved an Eco Homes rating of “Very Good”.
