Refurbishment and alteration and loft conversion of a pair of existing two/three storey semi-detached houses (which were previously converted into a mix of bed-sits and flats); to create a total of six number self contained one bedroom flats.
The development shall consist of 6 number one bedroom flats refurbished to “Decent Homes” standards to include new kitchens, bathrooms, updated heating systems, upgraded electrical system and redecorations throughout.
Contract value is approx £300,000. Estimated start on site in March 2007, with completion due end of July 2007.
