Robert Lombardelli Partnership has been involved with various refurbishment projects at Churchill College in Cambridge, including new bathrooms, DDA works and Kitchen areas. These projects consisted of the refurbishment of accommodation within the North Court halls of residence, including the creation of 18 number en-suite rooms within the current set arrangement together with the redecoration of all existing study/bedrooms as noted. Total number of bedrooms was 22 and the contract also included the refurbishment of all the common areas and external works. Project was completed in 2004. Further phases are about to commence in summer 2008.
Other works included the reconstruction and conversion of the main kitchens to provide new catering facilities and servery to the Great Hall.
Total construction costs in the region of £1.25m.
