This is an on-going multi-site project, involving the redevelopment of derelict or under-used sites in various North Hertfordshire towns, providing new affordable houses / flats for North Herts Homes. Robert Lombardelli Partnership were appointed in 2004 to provide Employers Agents, Architectural, Cost Consultants, Project Managers and Planning Supervisor services for the schemes, which range in size, from 6 – 80 dwellings.
One of the schemes has already been completed, whilst a further two schemes have received a Planning Approval and are due to commence on site shortly. A Master Planning exercise has just been completed on a further scheme involving total regeneration of an estate comprising over 70 units of a mixture of flats and houses, including commercial and leisure facilities and considerable environmental improvements.
