Comprising 110 studio flats for young people plus associated management office, training, laundry and other facilities together with approximately 1000 mē of high specification office space for partnering organisations and a shared two storey reception facility. The Foyer will provide affordable housing, training and access to employment for young people aged between 16 and 25, from the surrounding areas. The building is designed to help them move from dependence to independence within a safe environment. Situated in Wakering Road, Barking; the project is being designed in collaboration with the local authority and other interested parties to provide a landmark building in the centre of the Barking regeneration area.
