Robert Lombardelli Partnership have been engaged by Downing College to design and supervise the on-going repair and improvement of the College’s student housing stock in Lensfield Road. Contract values have ranged from £50,000 to £400,000 providing superior student accommodation in these historic properties. These projects are carried out over an extremely tight contract period within the summer vacation period. The latest project brings the value of work in this conservation area to well over £1,5 million.
