Various phases have been undertaken for Downing College, Cambridge, in the repair and improvement of numerous accommodation blocks within the College domus. The value of various works ranges from £100,000 to £7m and provide study/bedrooms with full en-suite facilities for the College to use for Conference facilities as well as student accommodation.
Other schemes involve the replacement of the kitchens, refurbishment of the college offices, refurbishment of the Grade I listed Dining Hall and the construction of a 160 seater Theatre, designed by Quinlan & Francis Terry Architects.
