As Architectural designers and Employers Agents for Phase 1 of this scheme, Robert Lombardelli Partnership provided six new build semi-detached houses for the Guinness Trust. As part of a "safety awareness" campaign, children from a local Primary school situated nearby, visited the site. Phase 2 is now completed, providing six additional one bedroom flats.
