The project consisted of the demolition of 4 Airey type houses and the construction of 14 units, 7 houses, 4 flats and Bungalow, including the full refurbishment of 2 existing Airey houses.
Construction started on site in early 2007. The programme of works included the Bungalow to be finished 2 months before the main completion date, to allow the occupiers with walking difficulties to move into the Bungalow early. The remaining houses and flats finished 2 months later and refurbishment of the 2 existing Airey Houses was completed in September 2008. Value of the works was £1.5m
