Robert Lombardelli Partnership were employed by Cheltenham Borough Housing to assist Levitt Bernstein Associates in providing a comprehensive options appraisal for the regeneration of St Paul’s Estate in Cheltenham to ‘Decent Homes’ standard.
With a low demand for the housing within the area, the main aim of the option appraisal was to identify financial and social implications of the various options that were available to Cheltenham Borough Homes to regenerate the area. These options ranged from leaving the estate as it existed, to clearing the estate completely and rebuilding from scratch.
Contract value is in the region of £25-£30m.
