Part of the “Volumetric Phase 1” scheme in 2005, for East Thames group, these two sites each have three12 person 6 bedroom houses built in a volumetric form.
Each house comprises 6 factory built pods, the lower floors with a lounge, day room, kitchen, dining room, utility room and WC, and the upper floors 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor.
After foundation construction, the pods were delivered in pre-finished form, including all sanitary ware and windows, the roof was then erected, and external cladding materials applied.
