Holborn Mansions is the refurbishment of 4 Grade II mansion blocks of considerable architectural merit within the heart of Holborn on behalf of SPH Housing. Anticipated construction costs are in the region of £6m. These blocks are much loved by the local community and therefore the mansions will be treated with much care to ensure that the original features are maintained, whilst at the same time upgrading to modern standards and the incorporation of innovative environmental systems. The project requires close liaison with the existing residents throughout the design and build processes.
