Robert Lombardelli Partnership is providing Quantity Surveying and Architectural Design services for the site redevelopment of Grenville Workshops for Westgate properties Ltd. The site currently comprises a two storey industrial building which is split into workshops for small businesses.
The project involves the construction of a third storey & extensions to the existing building to provide additional workshop & office space. In addition, an area of the site which is currently used for storage will be redeveloped to provide a 3 storey residential block which will comprise seven one bedroom flats. Planning approval for the scheme has been secured, work is due to commence on site shortly.
