Robert Lombardelli Partnership had been appointed as Architectural Designers, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the redevelopment of the Shenley Water Tower.
The development within Porters Park, which was once a large hospital site, will be known as Tower Mews. It will consist of 18 contemporary houses built carefully around the site’s perimeter with a 160 ft Water Tower in its centre, which will provide 6 duplex apartments over 12 storeys providing the most incredible views. The development will benefit from secure underground parking for 40 cars, with excellent security and CCTV which will be networked to every home. Construction started in January 2004.
