The Robert Lombardelli Partnership was commissioned to design a 50 place day nursery, to meet the local demands of the community. Now complete, the nursery will operate on the lower two floors of this building.
To meet the 'Affordable Housing' requirements of our client, 4 two-bedroom flats have been built above the nursery. Flats are constructed using modular construction techniques with much of the manufacture taking place off site. The project also uses Partnering techniques.
