This scheme, which consisted of Design and Construction of 5 Flats and 7 Houses, dealt with a problem of difficult, steep site in a rural area. Successful design ensured that required entrance level to all units, as well as access from the main road into the site road, is achieved.
This scheme used the “Amphion” Timber frame system and was run under a Partnering Agreement. Value of the contract: £760,000
