Out of the historic dock area of London, once derelict but now in renaissance, rise many fine commercial and residential buildings. So too does the new campus of the University of East London with its own station on the Jubilee Line. A Design and Build Contract by Carillion, with a Contract value of over £40m, the tender information for the whole complex was prepared by Robert Lombardelli Partnership.
