This development comprised a total of 17 residential properties all for the affordable market. The scheme incorporated a three storey block of flats, 2 storey terraced and semi-detached housing, and a specifically designed wheelchair bungalow with car port. The scheme involved the demolition of 2nr existing properties, to allow for a new site access road. The existing tenants in these properties were offered new properties on the site. Because of this, the development was built in 2 phases, allowing 2nr properties to be built out in phase 1 before the existing properties were demolished, which opened up the site and enabled the rest of the development to be completed in phase 2.
