The refurbishment of 80 Warden Road consisted of the alterations of the existing ground floor accommodation space including remodelling the existing layout to create a 3 bedroom unit with 2 en-suite bathrooms, communal kitchen and living/ dining space with additional staff quarters, sluice room and wheelchair storage.
The project has been designed and constructed to be suitable for wheelchair users, and people with profound and multiple learning difficulties. Value of the works was approximately £250,000.
