This development was built on the site of an ex–industrial estate. The site has two vehicular access points, one from the Northern side of Ox Lane which serves two pairs of semi-detached houses and one from the eastern side of Willoughby Road which serves two detached and a pair of semi-detached houses. All 8Nr were constructed for market sale.
The scheme was completed June 2014. The value of the scheme is £1.60m and Robert Lombardelli were appointed as Employer’s Agent. The main contractors were
