Robert Lombardelli Partnership assisted Horsley Huber Architects, by providing Quantity Surveying services for alteration works at Emanuel School.
Located in Wandsworth, Emanuel School is situated on a vast 12acre site. Surrounded by landscaped grounds, the main Victorian Building houses a chapel, a library, concert hall and drama studio whilst more recent buildings house further facilities.
The works included the installation of a new walkway and glazed façade enclosure to the courtyard elevations as shown in the visual below, low level re-roofing works, alteration works to external courtyard, brick repairs to external elevations and the installation of a new glazed roof to the West elevation of the court yard.
We also assisted HHA with the conversion of a number of existing classrooms to form the new ICT Suite. Total value of the contract was in the region of £1m.
