Crisis Skylight Centre, Croydon

Crisis

Robert Lombardelli Partnership undertook quantity surveying services for the homeless charity, Crisis, to build a new Crisis Skylight centre in Croydon.

The works involved the refurbishment of an existing commercial unit, located in Croydon’s busy centre. The completed centre offers free education, training and support for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. Works consisted of a complete internal fit out including all associated services to provide offices, meeting rooms, IT suites, shower rooms, a kitchen, an art room and training pods to allow users of the facility to practice construction skills.

The project achieved Practical Completion in early 2017 with a project value of approximately £1 million.
