This project involved the demolition of an public housing, on the corner of Boxtree Lane, Harrow. The pub had been subject to arson and anti-social behaviour. The development consisted of 4 houses and 10 flats with associated gardens, access paths and parking. The majority of the apartments benefited from wrap around balconies. The solid masonry construction and insulated render provided a very air tight and energy efficient building. Approximate value of the works was around £2m.
