Get of M1 at Luton (Jct 10)and follow directions to Hitchin A505. Once in the town turn right at first roundabout which is directed to Stevenage. Go left at next Roundabout sign posted to Hitchin town. There is a pub/restaurant called the Three Moorhens on the corner. At the bottom of the hill is a small roundabout with a bed showroom behind it, turn right, you are now driving along the top of the town. Keep going until you come to a set of traffic lights (not counting the pelican crossing). Get in the right lane which will lead you straight onto Walsworth Road. Follow the road along for about 300 yards, on your right is exit for car park, we are opposite the exit, a small brick wall with a large conifer tree in the front garden.

Get off A1(M) at Junction 8 Stevenage North/Hitchin, at bottom of slip road turn left onto new bypass A602 to Hitchin, follow the road all the way into Hitchin, it will turn back into a single carriage way. Keep gonig until you get to a large roundabout, on the opposite side of the roundabout is a pub/restaurant called the Three Moorhens, take the fourth exit off the roundabout which is sign-posted to the town. At the bottom of the hill is a small roundabout with a bed showroom behind it, turn right, you are now driving along the top of the town. At the first roundabout comming in from the Buntingford road, take a left. At the next roundabout (Tesco's), take a left, this will tale you onto a wide long road, with a 40 mph speed limit, then 60 mph limit. When it goes into 2 lanes keep in the inside lane, and you will then reach a roundabout with the motorway running underneath it. Go straight across and follow signs to Letchworth town centre. Go straight over the longabout. At the next roundabout follow the signs to Hitchin. (Watch out for the speed cameras along this road.) Stay on this road for about 3 miles, as you come to the end of this road you will be on top of a hill. As you come down the hill you will pass a garden centre on your right, and you will see a roundabout at the bottom of the hill. At the roundabout follow the road ahead. After passing the shops on your left get into the left lane of the set of traffic lights ahead. At the traffic lights stay on the road you have been. Carry on until you reach another roundabout, and straight on again. Follow the road along, there will be a long stay car park n your left. and we are opposite the exit, a small brick wall with a large conifer tree in the front garden. |

Leave Hitchin Train station walk towards the main road. Turn left. Follow Walsworth Road for 10 minutes going straight over a mini roundabout. On your left is an exit for a car park, we are opposite, a small brick wall with a large conifer tree in the front garden. |
